This beautiful villa with garden and private pool is situated in Muro and offers a second home for 8 guests. The beautiful garden with the private chlorine pool of 10m x 8m and a depth of 2m are perfect to spend a summer day. Several sun loungers invite you to sunbathe while the children play in the playground. Enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and countryside while preparing a delicious barbecue that you can eat on the porch. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. The rooms are distributed on one floor. The bright living room with air conditioning is a perfect place to watch a movie on satellite TV or to watch a DVD with the kids, as well for read a good book or take a nap. In the fully equipped kitchen, including a dining area and a vitro ceramic hob, you will enjoy cooking while chatting with your friends or family. The laundry room offers a washer, dryer, iron and an ironing board. A corridor leads to the bedrooms, two of them with double bed and two with single beds, all with air conditioning and wardrobe - four bedrooms in total. Two of the rooms have a private bathroom with bath or shower. Three bathrooms with showers complete the service of the house. During the winter you will not be cold thanks to the central heating. We can provide a highchair and up to three babybeds if needed. In just 10 minutes by car you will find the beaches of Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans. Enjoy a sunny day on the sandy beach and enjoy a fantastic paella in one of the restaurants overlooking the sea. Make the most of the day by having a cocktail during sunset. The promenade of Can Picafort has a fantastic variety of bars and restaurants and there is always a lively atmosphere. If you go to Alcudia you will pass Playa de Muro, a calm beach with crystalline and shallow waters, protected with an extensive area of dunes of important ecological interest.
