Welcome to this beautiful villa with private pool in Muro. It is prepared for 6 persons. The outside area is perfect for relaxing on the terrace, preparing a great barbeque or enjoying the pool with its sunbeds. The 140m2 porch is furnished with a table and chairs. There is 700m2 green area to enjoy sunbathing or playing with the children and a 5m x 8m chlorine pool (which steeps up slowly from 1m-1,85m). There is also a henhouse, from which you may take the eggs. This 240 m2 house is ground floor only and counts with 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two individual beds each. There are 2 bath rooms, all with a shower. This cosy and comfortable house allows you to feel at home. Sit down and relax in one of the couches in the living room to enjoy a good book, watch satellite TV or have a little siesta. There is a dining table for 4 persons and it is equipped with air conditioning. The independent kitchen works with gas and is fully furnished with all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. Of course, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is located in Muro, just a few kilometres from the centre, which means it’s a very quiet area. At the same time, its proximity to the centre allows you to get everything you need during your holiday: supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, sports area, bars and some local restaurants. A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have a delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail at sunset! The seafront promenade of Can Picafort has a great offer of bars and restaurants and it always has a lively atmosphere. If you go direction Alcudia, you will find Playa de Muro, a quiet beach area with a protected sand dune are of ecological interest and shallow crystalline waters, ideal for children.
