5.0 star ratingThe hotel was everything we expected it to be - our room was large and very comfortable. Staff were extremely courteous and polite and check in/out was a smooth efficient process. The hotel is very centrally located - only a couple of minutes from the lake and shopping and a 10 minute walk to the old town.None07 October 2008

5.0 star ratingVery attentive and friendly staff. Excellent ambiance to the lobby area and rooms.The new wellness centre is terrific - don't forget your bathing suit! Room service was surprisingly affordable (compared to eating in the restaurant downstairs).Bar snacks are a bit overpriced, but we expected to pay a bit extra for the convenience of eating without having to venture outside! 29 December 2008
