4.5 star ratingEverything very good, location, staff, ambience, facilities and cleanliness all very good.Breakfast poor. Very limited choice. For example, no muesli. No yoghurt. Only one type of cereal. No orange marmalade(jam). Not up to standard.27 September 2008

4.5 star ratingNicely decorated, clean, pleasant breakfast room, friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located, close to main railway station, minutes from lake, with plenty of restaurants nearby.07 October 2008
4.5 star ratingVery well located for right bank and station; clean, with attractive ambiance and decor and welcoming look as you walk in; breakfast choice simple but very enjoyable. None really, except the sound of refuse collecting lorries in the neighbourhood too early in the morning.30 November 2008

4.5 star ratingNice atmosphere, located very city centre just by central station, friendly staffs, language facilities (Portuguese, English etc).We could not eat and drink anything in the room. Even a bottle of wine.02 February 2009
4.5 star ratingRoom was perfectly adequate for our needs, and very clean (something i insist on with hotels) Minibar seemed fairly expensive, but then everything in Geneva is extortianate. The staff were helpfull and informative and pleasant. Minor things, but it would be nice to have tea/coffe making facilities in the rooms. However you can request a kettle from reception. And breakfast is a little on the limited side. Its adequate, but would be fantastic if there was more choice on offer. 27 February 2009
4.0 star ratingGood location, clean and tidy, good thick towels and nice powerful shower.Walls and ceilings were very thin, could hear everything the people in other rooms said/did. Plumbing was also very noisy. Wouldn't like to stay in the summer as no air conditioning, we stayed in May and the room was hot and stuffy.19 May 2009

1.5 star ratingVery good central position with easy access to metro, trains & buses. Very easy to locate when travelling from the airport by train - only short journey. Also pleasant and helpful staff and very clean throughout. The continental style breakfast was more than adequate.Expected to find coffee and tea making facilities in the room. However, these were provided on request but were not available on the first night - reason - our late evening arrival as they were locked away until the following day. It should be noted that the first thing you want to do when entering your room after a long journey is to make a tea or coffee. They are not otherwise available in the hotel apart from breakfast - could improve !25 June 2009
4.5 star ratingGood location, friendly staffParking on the streetGood quality Hotel for the money09 July 2009
3.0 star ratingHotel is located very close to the railway station and to the lake, but the fact is in Geneva all the hotels are close to it :O) Booking and checking was really without any problems. You will also receive a free ticker for local transport - but all the hotels in Geneva will provide you with it. Room was really very small for two people, but if you are there just for one night, it does not matter. But in a bathroom you will find nothing but soap, small shower gel and towells. And breakfast is really POOR. No vegetables, no youghurt - only some slides of ham on a plate. And we found just ONE slice of cheese - the lady in a restaurant simply did not care about serving the guest. And when I asked for milk to add it to my cereals, she told me that I ordered tea so what for I needed milk. If I compare the catering to another hotels I stayed in, the price was not worht the service.Ivi21 July 2009
2.5 star ratingThe review that we read about the hotel on your site said that it has air conditioning. It does, but only in the lobby area. The rooms do not have it. The hotel is located in a very busy part of town and we got no sleep whatsoever as there was loud noise outside all night. We had to have the window open as it was so hot and stuffy( the room was the smallest I have ever seen). Thankfully, we were only booked to stay there 1 night as we couldn't have endured anymore!Susan01 September 2009
