4.0 star ratingLovely staff, lots of space, great pool area.Bed very uncomfortable...my back is nearly broke. Wanted more bottled water and it was unavailable. My friend was ill from the refill of her bottle in the buffet breakfast area. The Catamaran trip we booked at the in-house agent was the biggest rip off ever.08 November 2011
4.5 star ratingA beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Our room was wonderful. I would return without hesitation. I hate to make a negative comment because basically everything was wonderful. However, check in time of 4 p.m. is too late. We were up at 3 a.m. to take a 6 a.m. flight which was delayed 2 hours. We were to arrive at the hotel around 11:30 a.m. but that was delayed by 2 hours. So, understandibly, we were anxious to get to our room. Having to wait another 2 1/2 hours was exhausting. Younger people might not find this a problem but I am a senior and it was very difficult. We were disappointed that your spa area did not include manicures and pedicures. We were also disappointed with what was referred to a bar fridge in the room. 2 soft drinks, 2 beers and a bottle of water does not define a bar fridge in any other hotel I have stayed in.n/a30 December 2012
