The resort is located in Varadero, at the Hicacos Peninsula in the Matanzas Province at Kilometre 11. 3.5 star ratingVery nice swimming pool, good food a big variety for each meal, plenty of fruit, nice staff in restaurant, very friendly. Nice beach and especially Alex who is working as a beachboy will help you with all your needs..thank you Alex for making our stay really special with lots of quality conversation....Beachbar is open 24 hours so even if you miss some of the times in restaurant you can still get your burgers and hot dogs even at 3am....I reccomend to get a cuba libre after each meal to prevent a obsed stomach... As the pay on Cuba is not that high,if you want to give to them some recognition they will appriciate some toaletries as shampoo, soap, shower gel, shavig products as they are really luxus artickel for them. 3.5 star ratingEntertainment was good, food was better than I expected. Not bad for an all inclusive resort. My advice is to leave the resort and see real Cuba.Che02 January 2012
3.5 star ratingprice-quality good ! Nice Pool , friendly staff. Good beach.Food is a little poor , self-service restaurant ( breakfast,lunch, dinner ) quite o.k , although. But the three speciality restaurants are really bad in the hotel , worse than the self-service restaurant , it is not worth making a reservation for the Italian- and the Romantic restaurant , the food is extremely horrible. The staff in those two places are doing their best and are really friendly but the people in the kitchen have never been taught how to cook delicious food.Bouk14 March 2012

2.5 star ratingThe most postive thing in the hotel of courseis the closeness of the sea, but thats all.Unfortunately we had some negative experinces in the hotel. We stayed (thank God) just 3 night in Varadero, in this hotel, and it was more than enough. The worst thing in the hotel is the level of the food and drink, it was horrible and every night was the same variety. AND the top of the cake when my husband got an indigestion because of a sandwich from the bar. He needed a doctor at home so it was serius. And of course all inclusive, but the level is very very low-down. My advice: go Cuba and rent a room is a casa particular, but dont go to Varadero because its not Cuba, just a hotel complexum where you will se nothing autentic. 22 September 2013

1.5 star ratinghave non!food, alcolhol Always was running out EVERY day!!!! I have already PAID for it!! even the water in pool showers runned out!! NO bacon for breakfast!! Food was uneateble!! (all Tourist complained about this all the time! nobody was satisfyid!! You have to tip all crew BEFORE..... otherwise bad service or non service or they did you a BAD burger or so!!! All sourroundings as beach, poolfloor, restaurant, chairs, tables osv is DIRTY! Almost all of the crew, NEVER smiled a you! exept for Chino and the girl in Club+ poolbar and 2 Girls at breakfast in Club+ breakfast buffe! All cred to them! We had paid MORE to live in Club+ for ex Quick check in (there was none!), a childfree pool area (there was kids all the time and nobody said anything to fix it!), 1 bottle of Rom in room (we complained 4 times Before we got it!) and so on, and so on...! TERRIBLE!! NEVER EVERB go back! Will NEVER reommened this resort!! vanillatop19 February 2014
2.0 star ratingThe beach is pretty nice, the food and drinks are good, some individuals from stuff are kind. The room was very far away in a separate building and very moisty and the smell of dampness was terrible. In EU this kind of service would be 2 stars max. Staff was kind but mostly only when they were tipped. Tableware and plates were badly washed - everything in general is very dirty.Anonymous 03 April 2014
