3.5 star ratingGood coffee from the bar Big complex, as we were there off season we had a whole swimming pool to ourselves The beach was clean, with plenty of sun bedsThe food was not very nice - they seemed to re-use the leftovers from one meal the next, and the next day. Me and my partner both ended up ill in bed for 2 whole days During dinner restaurant staff asked us if we wanted to buy cigars!! We had come out of Havana to get away from pestering like this, so we weren't impressed. When we arrived we weren't given any information about the hotel and what was available - we had to find things out for ourselves. We didn't need a bell boy due to having small suitcases, and so he refused to even direct us to our room!27 October 2008
2.5 star ratingO preço.Já viajei por inúmeros países e nunca fui tão mal atendido. As pessoas são grossas e estão sempre de mal humor. A comida tem qualidade péssima, as bebidas também, além de estarem quentes. Os hóspedes precisam se curvar aos horários de início das refeições disputando a comida na marra porque logo logo só fica a sobra. Não recomendo este hotel para absolutamente ninguém. Melhor pagar um pouco mais e ficar num lugar minimamente profissional.28 July 2011
