All 350 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe, trouser press, ironing set and air conditioning."With reference to Trade By-Laws under the Local Government Act 1976 of the Government of Kedah Darul Aman, hotel guests are committed to Tourism Fees of MYR5.00 per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Municipal Council of Langkawi, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in."

5.0 star ratingWe had a rainforest chalet, which was situated very well, giving us complete privacy, so that we did not have to draw the blinds - I love looking out on nature! The room was very clean and spacious, and it had all the facilities we needed, including a fridge, so that we could buy some drinks, keep them cold, and sit out on the balcony and enjoy the peace and quiet there before dinner. Perfect!Getting the shuttle bus back and forth from our room was annoying, especially if you happened to forget something, but really only a minor setback - I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to family and friends.16 November 2013

4.0 star ratingLocation is excellent for the beach and it is in a beautiful setting with the rainforest coming down to the beach. We had a very nice cabin on stilts with a rainforest view. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Often long waits at reception. Hotel was not full or busy, but if it had have been, it is possible we would also have had very long waits for the shuttle bus to the room and been unable to get into the restaurants without booking ahead. 4.5 star ratingRooms were great- we had a partial sea view room but it had a fantastic view across the ocean, a great bed, excellent room service and a lovely big bath with views across the sea. Staff were very friendly and would do anything they could to help. The pool bar served great cocktails at good valueThe food let down the hotel- breakfast was quite disappointing- the egg station was good however it was mainly catered for malaysian tastes and there were not many continental options. Not such a reflection on the hotel, but the water at the beach was very dirty and we did not dare swim in it.Jo28 April 2014
5.0 star rating酒店坐落在海滩和热带雨林之间，我们住的是最便宜的雨林屋，4间房间，酒店帮我安排了比较靠近大堂的房子，四间在同一排，感觉还是很好的哦。适合家庭，尤其老人家很喜欢，空气很好，800大元一间 含早，还算值得的。晚上去泰国餐厅享受了一回，环境绝对一流，不看海的颜色还以为自己去了麻袋呢，泰国菜的出品很不错哦。刚好碰上结婚5周年，酒店还给我们惊喜了，巧克力蛋糕，水果还有巧克力。超值，我住得很爽哦。早餐很一般。远离珍南。去想食海鲜大餐还是偏远了。但是在达兰酒店附近的清水湾 有一些餐馆，很不错哦，尤其有一家食马来餐的，到到网排名第一，环境和出品很好。van23 May 2014

5.0 star ratingFantastic hotel with very warm staff welcome. The shuttle service to and from the room was perfect and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The room was clean, spacious and loved everything about it. The bathroom was beautiful and cleaned daily. Only complaint was the bed was too hard for my liking. The food was exceptional and we ate so well at this resort. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and there is so many options. Great location near the oriental village and cable car park. 4.0 star ratingFor such a large resort, the place was surprisingly clean. Staffs were generally very friendly. Resort pool is nice to laze around, or the beach is just a few steps away. Room was quite rustic and nice. Wooden floor was noisy but goes with the rusty feel. Bathroom is big enough. Balcony is also nice and big enough to just sit back and admire the sea view. Resort buggy shuttle from room to main building/lobby is cool as reminded me of the shuttle service in Jurassic park.If you are there to watch TV, then TV reception is bad due to the standard satellite reception in Malaysia.Sebastian21 October 2015
