3.5 star ratingfirst impression when you arrive very smart foyer nice modern looking reception area.in my opinion the hotel is not 4 star standard the hall ways and certain ares are a bit tacky,the hotel does not adhere to its own rules about reserving sunbeds people pre booking hours in advance,reception staff do not speak good enough english for a lot of its visitors,not enough infomation available for travellers who do not go with out large tour operators .
