The hotel itself was nice and clean (apart from the pool).Reception staff in the Troicana Suites were rude and did not understand when we needed some medical assistance becasue a friend sliced the top of her toe off on one of the conrete pillars outside the apartment. Cleanliness of the pool was not good. When we asked for a room with a balcony we were told it would cost us an extra 100 euros plus a 25 euro admin fee which we thought was ridiculous considering we paid enough for the room.
