3.0 star ratingLocation to the Old townWhen we enquired about English speaking TV channels the receptionist was very abrupt and dismissive (We never got the channels) The Bain maries were not working properly. The food was cold and poor quality. We saw people openly replacing food from their plates back into the bain Maries using their fingers. We refused to eat in the hotel for the duration of our trip. We are not whingy fussy types... We usually turn a blind eye and just get on with it usually, but we will not be staying at the Fenicia again.Yaegermann116 February 2013
