Conveniently situated near Agdal Gardens and the ramparts of the city with a bus station around 50 m away, the hotel is a 10- minute walk from the famous square Djemaa el Fna. Built in 2009, the air-conditioned property comprises 344 rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities offered to guests include a children's playground, café, bar and a restaurant. In addition, Internet access and a laundry service are provided. All rooms are equipped with independent air- conditioning, satellite/cable TV and a mini-bar. They also offer an en- suite bathroom and a balcony or terrace. An outdoor swimming pool is also available.

5.0 star ratingProfissionalismo do pessoal: muinto prestaveis , sempre prontos a servir , boa localização , muinto pratico , muinto simpaticos.O transporte para a cidade poderia ser muinto melhor pois estamos a falar de um hotel 4 estrelas , não tinham piscina interior , nâo tinham SPA como tinham nas ofertas, só o pequeno almoço é que foi em sistema de buffet pois as outras refeições foi " imposta ".21 March 2011
4.0 star ratingbeautiful lobby, rooms nicely decorated and good sized balcony. frendly and helpful staff. large pool with plenty of sun loungers and free bus to the square and back several times a day.mix up trying to get a room to shower in on day of departure, was told night before that this was no problem but on day of departure was told that we couldnt have one. 4.0 star ratingFantastic, helpful and very friendly staff. Quiet location in the new tourist zone with other hotels nearby. Although the hotel is a 10 minute drive away from the medina, the free shuttle service is really handy and saves on taxis. There is a shoppoing centre 5 minutes away by foot which has a Carrefour and lots of eateries including a Pizza Hut and a TGI Fridays. The shower was excellent. There is also a fridge in the room. Ask for a pool facing room but not on the ground floor. We will definitely be returning to this hotel when we visit Marrakech again.The only down side for me (and I accept I'm bring fussy) was that the evening meal which we had (half board) was a set meal - I prefer to have a buffet and one evening when there was a coach tour staying, a buffet was provided which was great as the variety was very good. That said the quality of the food was very good and we had some very lovely meals. I think that the set meal (four courses) is given when the hotel is quiet - we stayed from 26 November to 3rd December. The hotel spa is quite expensive.Shai18 December 2011

3.5 star ratingGreat looking hotel, spacious with a nice pool and great facilities. Staff failed to explain the hotel facilities available, had to figure out food service times for myself, got questioned in a negative about our married status ie 'you don't have your marriage certificate do you?' a bit unpleasant but tolerable. This was my second stay in a year generally a recommended hotel. Britabroad02 May 2012
2.0 star ratingVery nice swimming pool, located in a nice quiet area and very close to the new shopping mall.The supposed free shuttle from the hotel to the Medina wasn't working and no alternative was offered. Stuff not friendly and not professional at all. The room not ready even if we checked in at 5pm. We got a 2 double single beds even if we booked a double bed. No towels and we had to wait more than 2 hours before recieving them. The food was not very creative. The hallway very noisy, people slammed the doors, you can hear all the conversation, you could also hear the people walking andmoving in the room above. We will not recommend itHanine01 October 2012
