4.5 star ratingClean well-maintained generally friendly staff family-friendly Nice pool and spa frequent free bus to and from townreception staff not very helpful, although the rest of the staff are! Our first impressions were bad, but quickly we changed our minds the hotel is in a new part of Marrakech which is still being developed, so there is nothing much to see around it. There's a mall with supermarket, cafes and restaurants - 10 min walk, but through a dodgy building sitezee31 May 2012
3.0 star ratingAuthentic Moroccan theme throughout the hotel. Staff are too busy chatting amongst themselves to notice paying customers! Breakfast variety was limited and staff took ages to replenish food.Anonymous 09 April 2015
