4.0 star rating1) Standard Room is considered spacious even for a family of 3. 2) Very clean and nice themed room. 3) Hotel is linked to shopping mall with Supermart Giant as anchor tenant. 4) Designated free parking lots for hotel guests. 5) Staff was responsive. When we realized that shampoo needed to be replenished, it was done within 5 min of our request. 6) Nice functional pool (although not that big) and gym. 7) Good security. Lift access to different levels of hotel is through room card. 8) Wi-fi is acceptable. 9) Price is considered very reasonable for a purported 4-star rating hotel.1) No toothbush/toothpaste was provided. 2) Only 2 sockets to charge electrical gadgets. 3) Breakfast choices could be more varied. No egg counter on the 2nd day we were there. 4) No room slippers.Anonymous 05 February 2014
