5.0 star ratingHotel staff and Reception are friendly and helpful. Feedback to enquiry before arriving is useful. Even though the Hotel is located not within the City Centre, it is easily reached because it is right next to Chan Sow Lin LRT station. Will choose the same Hotel when visiting Kuala Lumpur again.Going to the Hotel needs to via an unoccupied plaza. Feel a bit odd. But it is acceptable due to value for money.tmel16 October 2014

4.0 star ratingclean and nice. friendly staff. near the train station. broken tab for the water spray but still usable. shower floor trap might get clog and water flooded the shower area (able to request to change room). 5.0 star rating1，前台有会说中文的接待，接待我们的前台叫Hao，人真的很好，帮我们在地图上画出出行路线，很方便。 2，酒店位置不错。虽说不是在KLCC或是武吉免登，但是坐城市轻轨很方便的说。 3，早餐还不错，能吃饱，有水果，有主食，有菜类。 4，房间虽然不大，但是该有区域都有了，放行李的部分也有，麻雀虽小五脏俱全。1，浴室没有提供脚踏垫，洗完澡之后不方便，我个人觉得这个是不可以省的。 2，浴室没有防滑垫。 3，婴儿床有点短，再大一点就好了。Zozo Cao03 February 2015
