These apartments are situated in the little tourist town of Podstrana, one of the most attractive towns in this part of Dalmatia. The property is situated only 20 m from the sand/gravel beach. Split, with its train station and its many shops, is about 9 km away, while Split Airport is located approximately 40 km from the hotel.There are 5 apartments and 7 rooms in total, spread across 4 floors. A lobby, TV room and a laundry service (for a fee) are provided. A garden and a terrace also feature.These studio apartments are approximately 30 m² in size. Standard features include an en suite bathroom with bath or shower and toiletries, as well as a double bed, satellite/cable TV, seating area and kitchen with refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Individually regulated heating is also provided. All units enjoy views of the sea and come with a balcony or terrace.There is a golf course about 3 km away. There are many activities available on the beach, ensuring an unforgettable holiday. These include aqua fit classes, banana boating, waterskiing, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, windsurfing and sailing. After 5 km, guests will see the entrance to the Grand Hotel Lav, which is about 2 km from the establishment, on the same road.
