The hotel is situated 10 km from Split, the biggest city in the whole Dalmatian region and the second largest city in Croatia. The property is set right on the beach, about 15 m from the sea, and provides an exclusive location for rest and relaxation. Split Airport is approximately 15 km away.In the lobby there is a huge terrace with dining tables, ready to be used for guests' leisure and enjoyment. Beyond the lobby there is a lovely beach, which is ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. The 11 apartments are located on the first, second, third and fourth floors. Facilities include a bar and restaurant.Each apartment and studio apartment is luxuriously furnished and comes with central heating, air conditioning, an en suite bathroom, a satellite TV set, a telephone, a kitchenette and Internet access.On the ground floor of the building there is a bar with restaurant, as well as a large kitchen exclusively for guests' use.

5.0 star ratingThe hotel is surprisingly clean and look very new despite the hotel has been in operation for the past 10 years. The room we had has a little kitchen area with all cooking utensils. The hotel is sitting right in front of the beach, superb location for summer vacation. The owner is very friendly and the restaurant that he recommended was great too. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.23 February 2009
4.5 star ratingVery convenient with the beach on the door step. It proved ideal for a beach holiday and others with young children. Free sunbeds. Jerko (owner) was there to greet us and made us feel very comfortable with a homemade Croatian liquor. We met his his dog named Jack. There is no microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee machine in the kitchen. The private parking is a couple of hundred yards away.Arnika07 May 2013
5.0 star ratingThe Villa Jerkan is the ideal place for a nice and relaxing stay around Split. The facilities are simple but perfectly well-looked after. Our room (N°12) had a gorgeous view on Dalmatian Sea and was under the shade of a splendid palm tree. Each room has got its own kitchenette and you can purchase food from a mini market (open until late) 300m away. The Villa car park is not located on site but is just over 400m along the main road. From the Villa, walking along the beach you will find some good restaurants. We tried "Jure" and "Mario's". Both were simply good and very good value. The beach is literally on the Villa's door step. Don't forget wet shoes as the beach is made of gravel and pebbles. The sand start about a meter from the shore. Sunbeds are provided by the Villa for free and a big barbecue is also available. Free wifi. The owner, Jerko, is a great character, he will make you feel warmly welcome and will give lots of good advice. Split centre is just 20min away by car.
