5.0 star ratingThis hotel is a great place to stay, it is jst in front of the metro station, 5 min walking to the ramblas, 10 min to the port, the room was big, the bed was great, everything was clean and tidy, the guys at reception were helpfull, kind and polite, always ready to answer any question, the sertcurity guy (Gregorio) was very kind and helpfull. It was a great experience to stay in there, well done to all the staff. 4.0 star ratingThe hotel is well located, distance wise (10 min walk) , to the center, “Las Ramblas”. You have a metro station at the door of the hotel. I don’t know whose fault it was, the hotel or hotelopia booking, but the truth is that I reserved a family room (2 kids under 11) and I was handed 2 separate rooms. 3.0 star ratinglocationi asked for double bed but got twin room - however this was resolved immediately the bed made a lot of noises - if i move, i was going to wake up my husband. no coffee facility in the room therefore had to wake up for airport at 3am but no coffee available. to end it i have a booking receipt of 404 euro inc tax however when i went to pay they over charged me disappointed06 May 2013
