3.5 star ratingReception staff were very proffessional and helpful. The Hotel is in an excellent position. Breakfast was nice.Our room was dirty especially in the corners. The bath was dirty, I had to clean it before I could use it. There is chewing gum on the wall by the bed which I attempted to remove myself. The green vertical bars outside the room rattle when the wind blows.12 October 2008
2.5 star ratingGood Views of the SEANo cleaniness AT ALL. Someone left empty Pizza box with some small left over pizza near the stairs. And no one came there to clean it even in my 3 nite stay! Just to save money, they don't have people to clean the common places where all the guest passed by. I think they have general cleaning once or twice a week which is very very little. Please send someone over there and observe all these point before you send any more of your clients there. there were not sufficient kitchen ware such as Tooster, Micro Wave and hot water pot was JUST HORRIBLE ..... didn-t even used it once as it was all rusted at the bottom. They didn-t even kept one small kitchen towel or napkin to clean the kitchen top. What a sham .................. 07 May 2009

1.0 star ratinggibt es leider nichtDas "Hotel" - soweit man es dann als Hotel bezeichnen kann, wird zum überwiegenden Teil von britischen Jugendlichen gebucht. Die feiern rund um die Uhr mit viel Alkohol, dementsprechend ist der Lärmpegel. Wir haben einige Jugendliche gebeten, nachts doch etwas leiser zu sein, das Ergebnis war, daß sie jede Nacht an unsere Zimmertür gehauen haben.In unserem Zimmer war z.B. der Schrank eingeschlagen, der Kühlschrank war zum größten Teil nicht nutzbar, wir hatten Kakerlaken. Nach 3 Tagen und nach Rücksprache mit Hotelopia (Danke an Frau Zacher) haben wir das Hotel gewechselt.Tikili22 June 2013

Nice view from the rooms!So much noise in the night/early morning, because all this groups! So it was hard to have à sleep. The beds were very hard, not comfortable at all.Cc26 June 2013
3.0 star ratingAfter all the negative reviews we were worried about the hotel but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The staff were fine, the room was clean and the pool area had a good view over the sea. Reviews said there were thefts from the rooms so we got a safety deposit box behind the desk for 15 euros and had no problems.By the pool you get harassed by shot girls and people asking you to buy drinks/food all day. They also let people selling bar crawls etc into the pool area where you get harassed even further when you just want to relax.robatron25 June 2013

4.5 star ratingWe have stayed here twice now. Both times towards the end of October because we were running The Mallorca Marathon. This hotel is great, a real nice place to stay and quite cheap at this time of year. The location is stunning, especially if you get a sea view. We will more than likely stay there again, depending on price?I heard some rumours that the hotel has a bit of a bad rep, due to being close to the Magaluf Strip? Maybe it is quite lively in peak season? I was also told that next year it is supposed to be a family only hotel? Lastly the hotel is up a steep hill! Did not bother us, as we were there to run the Marathon. Could hear noise from the other rooms when we were trying to sleep.Brothers28 October 2013

4.0 star ratingStayed here in October and the weather was boss! Stayed at this hotel 3 times now in this month and have never had any problems. Large hotel, great pool. The room for 3 people was sound. Real value for money this time of year. Not sure what it is like in peak season, could be mad as this hotel is situated up a steep hill not far, 5 minute walk into Magaluf. Quiet at this time of year though. Will probably stay again for a forth time, as it has everything you need. We stay here when we come over for "The Palma De Mallorca Marathon"Up a steep hill? Close to Magaluf? 3.0 star ratingHotellet bærer preg av slitasje. Bør oppdatert bilder på nettet da det ikke samsvarer med virkeligheten. Svært upraktisk med barnevogn, da det ikke er heis. Personalet var lite behjelpelig med å tilby hjelp til å bære kofferten eller hjelp med vogn. Vanskelig å reise alene da!Anonym 16 May 2015

4.0 star ratingGood pool area & rooms a decent size Air conditioning worked really well which was just as wellWalls were paper thin and therefore could here everything from next door, who were extremeley noisey and shouting all the time. 2.0 star ratingThis is the first low ratereview i have ever made. OK the hotel is in a very good area, only 5' walk from Magaluf's noise and it is very quiet. The area in the swimming pool is quite good and the view from the pool is amazing. The pool facing balcony as well was really good. There was a fridge in the room as well.I have put 1 for the cleanliness of the room because there is no 0 or minus. Or maybe if you repalce the cleanliness with "dirtyness" i would give it a 5. The room was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. There were hundreds of aunts walking around. The matresses were dirty and smelly. The bathroom had some "dirty signs" on the tiles at the walls, i guess someone from the previous tenants didn't get enough time to make it to the loo, this has never been cleaned properly. The cleanes just emptied the bin from the bathroom, not even the bin in the room! That was all they did! There was a safe but no key to use it, you were given the option to use the locks by the reception at a charge. I had some issues with my prebooked (online) airport transfer and went to ask the man in the reception if he can help, he didn't bother to try to understand my question and his english was terrible. In other receptions they try to help you with these issues and I know they have a couple of contacts of the bus companies to use and sort it out. My issue was that my bus didn't turn up and no one was answering the emergency telephone number. You see the buses of this company around Magaluf all the time, I cannot believe that a hotel reception cannot do anything to get to try and get in touch with them when their customer has not been picked up. At least try to do something. Overall I was happy with the price i paid, it was a lot cheaper than any other hotel around, but really, the cleanliness of the room was a strong minus. If you are going for a room that you are going to spend a lot of time inside, then this is probably not for you. I have spent only a few hours for my 2 night stay so it was not a nightmare.George08 September 2015
