3.0 star ratingA clean, spacious and modern hotel in an excellent position for shops, bars and beach in Palmanova. Good size swimming pool and pleasant terrace. Rooms compact but comfortable with higher levels offering good sea view. Staff helpful except in restaurant. Aircon in rooms adaquate.Lifts (only two) were very small resulting in constant queueing. The quality and variety of food in the restaurant was poor. All inclusive guests treated as second class citizens at bar with drinks being served in poor quality and ofter damaged plastic glasses. Worst of all was security,or the total lack of it, with no control of who entered the restaurant resulting in a number of attempted and one serious theft of personal belongings to my knowledge. Finally, lack of adult entertainment in the hotel was noticable.30 September 2008

5.0 star ratingGood food, entertainment, facilities, swimming pools etc. We found this hotel value for money and will return in the future. Loads for the kids to do.Silly sunbed rule in the morning. They don't let anyone have a sunbed until 9 am. This results in loads of people standing where they want there sunbed and creates a bit of a atmosphere. Maybe they should unlock the beds at 7 am then first come first served.14 September 2011
