1.0 star ratingNoneThe room was dirty and dusty, there were marks all over the walls, the window didn't shut properly which coupled with the town center location was a bad combination. Their was no iron available for two nights. The fire alarm was set off on Saturday night and the evacuation was unprofessional.26 June 2012
1.5 star ratingWe arrived at the hotel thinking it would be at the very least clean, our room was not hoovered and there was damp patches on the ceiling. The sofa and chair in the room were filthy, we have requested a full refund for this as we could not stay in this hotel for the 2 nights we had booked. Linzi23 July 2012
2.0 star ratingThe hotel was clean and comfortable; it is also within walking distance of the shops and attractions.Although you paperwork claims that shower gel is available, when we asked we were told this was no longer the case. 3.0 star ratingYou get what you pay for. Budget accomodation at a budget price.Stayed on a Saturday and was VERY noisy till 3.30am. But I guess if you stay in a budget hotel so close to the citys nightlife thats what you are going to get.19 March 2013

 The hotel room was clean and bright and airy.we had a family room on the third floor,the beds were comfortable and clean.tv positioned well so all beds could see it,we were provided with 5 bath towels and a hand towel for four of us,which was great.nice bathroom,also really clean.we had continental hreakfast included and on arrival had a choice of two.we all chose the rise n shine box,which included a large muffin,a luxury cereal bar,a bottle of juice,a yogurt,and a mint .all good branded things.we had plenty of tea and coffee making facilities,snd were provided with plastic glasses for the children.we went on a weds,despite it being club night in plymouthwe heard no noise or disruptions.vending machines in the foyer and you are literally right in the city cenre.would i go back?YES...IVE ALREADY BOOKED ANOTHER STAY :)Was very hot in the room,however there was a large fan provided.i chose to open the window..being from a small country village though i was not used to the general hum of a city!talchi21 March 2015
