5.0 star ratingThe hotel was wonderful and we would definitely stay again. The biggest plus for families is the fantastic animation team who were wonderful with our children and provided entertainment all day long from water gym, ball games, scuba diving lessons and the kids disco in the evenings. The entire team including reception, bar, restaurant and animation team made our stay one to remember and we would like to thank them for a lovely holiday.mrsjennings25 August 2011
3.0 star ratingDas Hotel ist generell O.K. Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis is sehr gut.Es kommt darauf an, wann man da ist. Im Winter, sehr billig, in Hochsaison recht teuer. 4.5 star ratingHotel nuovo, molto curato negli spazi.
4.5 star ratingVery good food. Large room. Good activities. Air conditioning was very weak in our room. The outdoor pools was saltwater, not fresh. The hotel didn't provide pooltowels. Andy27 June 2012

4.0 star ratingHad a Sea View Comfort Double Room. Great view and ample space in the room. Had an option to up grade to a Panoramic Sea View Double room for €30 for two nights. This option would have given us a more modern furnished room, but we did not see it that much worth it.Ideally one has own means of transport when staying here. Room Tea/Coffee making facilities would be helpful. Mattress spring did make some funny squeaks, but otherwise no other negative remarks.Dominic Lewis07 November 2012
3.5 star ratingReception gave a nice welcome on arrival. Positive about this hotel is all the great outdoor areas to sit and relax, and the foyer on ground floor, which is spacious too. Room on the top floor had been refurbished, we thought with that nice sea view it was good value for money. The German bar tender in the ground floor bar gave excellent service and was skilled in his job. Out of the four pools (one of them indoor which was very relaxing) there is no need to leave the hotel if all you want to do is relax! Breakfast was nothing special. On top of that as we started our breakfast they had ran out of glasses. We asked for them- the answer was they've ran out. We decided to give them a few minutes. I went to check again, but got a very dismissive response: "Can you use a mug?" No, this is a restaurant, and I want to drink my juice from a glass. I decided to wait until they bring me one, as I saw waitresses going inside the kitchen with dirty glasses. The helpful restaurant receptionist girl had to cover for the waitresses ' couldn't care less' attitude, she tried to offer me a paper cup. She had to go to the kitchen three times to ask for that glass! It took about ten minutes of waiting until they realised I'm not going anywhere until I get a glass! Disappointing as well was, that our family, who stayed the floor below us (we stayed on the top floor) did not have refurbished rooms, whereas we on the top did. Their A/C wasn't working either (in all three rooms) whereas ours did. The answer was, "It's been switched off". It was October, but the weather was still warm and humid. The outdoor sun loungers by the sea have had their day! Rick00830 October 2012
4.0 star ratingThe hotel was very clean, the rooms were very spacious and it has lovely large hotel grounds and facilities. We encountered a couple of employees who were very impolite and unprofessional who turned our stay from excellent to somewhat disappointing in certain instances. Maltese04 December 2012

5.0 star ratingMy fiancé and I had such a WONDERFUL time at this resort! We spent most of our time by the pool and I can't emphasize how lovely it was. There were a total of 3 salt water outdoor pools, a private sand beach, and a small rocky alcove in which you could jump in and swim in the sea. All of the locations had PLENTY of sun beds so we never felt crowded and were always able to find the perfect spot to catch some sun. Our stay was at the beginning of the high season, June 3rd-7th. We did not purchase the all inclusive package but were very pleased with the food at the resort that we ate most of our meals there. We did, however, have breakfast included in our board and thought the buffet was absolutely excellent. The lunch service next to the main pool was good overall, although a little pricey. I enjoyed the crispy chicken wrap with salad which was approximately 10 euros not including french fries. For dinner we only ate at the resort once and made a reservation at Alang Alang which was absolutely perfect! My fiancé and I had bruschetta starters and the steak fillet for our main course and the chocolate and hazelnut tart for dessert and we had no complaints throughout the entire meal! We ate dinner at the nearby Riviera Resort one evening and found that the Alang Alang restaurant was MUCH better quality for the money and the atmosphere was one in a million with the beautiful outdoor sea view. I will say though, on windy evenings the location may not be the best but we were lucky enough to have the perfect weather. The room was exactly what we expected. There were two twin beds which we ended up pushing together, a small TV, a mini fridge, full bath, and a balcony. We had a decent view... 1/3 of which overlooked the sea, 1/3 a private patio beneath and 1/3 the rooftop. The room was clean and spacious, the shower leaked a bit from the faucet but didn't bother us at all. Air conditioning didn't seem to keep the room too cool but keeping the balcony door open with the curtains closed did the trick at night. The resort photographers were pretty pushy. If people rejected their services they would still try and entice them to have their pictures taken. My fiancé and I didn't especially mind them but noticed some that did. Bee09 June 2013
4.5 star ratingGood resort with comfortable rooms and very good service and friendly staff, The resort consists of 3 large pool-areas with ample sunbeds and umbrellas, and a private sandy beach near the resort. The view from our room was simply amazing. We definitely will go again soon.18 September 2013
4.5 star ratingExcellent room (478), good breakfast, plenty of sun beds, good location for divingOnly 1 a la carte restaurant, alcohol expensive (3.50 euro a beer), poor evening entertainment in hotel and due to location nowhere else to goSteph11 October 2013
4.5 star ratingExcellent location - near beaches, with great view and close distance to Gozo and Comino islands. Very nice garden and swimming pools. Water sports club in the hotel with reasonable prices. Cantine with nice terrace. Nice bars in the hotel. No traffic nor crowds near the hotel.Free internet access - a complete disaster. We lost a lot of time trying to send some emails or browse internet. In 4* hotel wifi should definitely be free of charge all over the hotel and with reasonable performance. Very nice hotel room, although TV was small and old with limited number of available channels.mc05 November 2013

Galfvensjo27 May 2014
