3.0 star ratingThe rooms where quite large.Sheets & towels were not changed for the whole week we were there, the floor did not get vacuumed as there was fluff on the carpet & it was there all week. Coffee, tea, sugar, cups & toilet paper did not get replenished until I left a note for housekeeping asking for them. the fridge froze food we placed in it solid & we had to throw it away, there was no way to change it. mfnrf16 March 2017

4.0 star ratingwas very surprised with the rooms - new, modern, CLEAN! should not process damage/cleaning credit card payment, should only hold card #'s. AND making clients wait 3-5 business days to have it refunded? NOT COOL.heads-up would be nice02 February 2016
