3.0 star ratingDillion and supervisor on duty on 19/2/14 were brilliant they managed to rectify problems that had been encountered at check-in. Well done guys you rescued our tripI booked this hotel for a surprise birthday trip for my husband this and other requirements were stated at the time of booking in. On the day of arrival we served at the desk by Amy who was very rude and no good customer service at all, I asked her if about the requirements made at the point of booking and she advised these could not be honoured and could only offer us a room in the 10th floor as opposed to one on a higher floor. She was so abrupt and very quick to want to get rid of us. We were give a room on the fourth to realise to our horror it was a smoking room and my husband is asthmatic, at no point were we offered whether we would require a smoking or non smoking room.
