4.0 star ratingThe hotel staff was extremely welcoming especially one porter Clarence very welcoming and helpful gentleman always smiling kept me smiling and the lady receptionist, had such a pleasant stay because of the people, would definitely love to come there again. thank you so much x from Talent and NothandoHouse keeping did not maintain hilton standard 1st day room was immaculate even though the sheets were dirty, after thatthe cleaning just went down and they weren't doing it as well and there was always things missing in the room, that was the only disappointment however am sure can be easily improved.Talent24 April 2012

3.5 star ratingnice bed, plenty of hot water. good positioning , nice staff, good breakfast spread. the room did look rundown and tired. It needs new carpets. the sink didnt drain properly, something you noticed immediately so why it hasnt been fixed , I dont know. The tiles or rather in between them is dirty. You get some tile cleaner and fix it. 16 April 2013

4.5 star ratingthe staff are the BEST ever experienced, cleaners, porters, front office, especially the very patient front office manager Akvansi (sp) i lost his card.the INTERNET is a disaster, we spent hours trying to log on etc, bought cards and they would expire even though we had time left, ooh I could write a book on the TERRRRRIBLE INTERNET service, being on business stressed me out, the staff did their best to assist. Also hard to believe we had to pay for internet wen staying at a 5* hotelButterfly16 May 2013

4.0 star ratingStaff are friendly and polite. Restaurant was interested in my satisfaction with the food and willing to go the exra mile to meet my requirements. Room service is good.Regarding arrivals out front of the hotel - there is room for improvement, no one to greet you on arrival. Staff took 2 hours to provide a camp cot. Towels were forgotten on one of the days.17 October 2013
