Welcome to this wonderful house located in the beautiful Mallorcan countryside and welcomes 6-7 person. This house has 200 m2 and 3 bedrooms; it is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. There are two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is one bathroom. The atmosphere of the house is very warm and welcoming. Sit and relax in the lounge, where there is a comfortable sofa to enjoy a good book, surf the Internet or watch satellite TV in English, German or Spanish. The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems: toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, cutlery, cooking utensils and fridge freezer. In the kitchen there is a dining area with a large table with room for all guests. Obviously there is washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is room to park the cars inside the property. The exterior of the house is wonderful: go out to the terrace, have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The terrace of 30 m2, is furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people. There is a lawn area where you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun beds. The salt pool is private and measures 8 x 4 meters. At the plot where the house is located, there is another chalet but the properties are separated by a fence. The house has other direct neighbours. Lloseta is in the centre of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. In Inca, for example, you will find everything you need: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. In just 30 minutes drive you can get to the beaches of Ses Cassettes Capellan and Can Picafort. Have a good day on the sandy beach or enjoy a cocktail at sunset. Nearby there are good restaurants to eat paella, with nice sea views. The promenade in Can Picafort is a lively area which contrasts with Playa de Muro, very quiet. Nearby are also the areas of Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.
