This is a wonderful cottage for 12-15 guests, close to the village Inca and to the mountains Serra de Tramuntana. It is perfect for families and friends who are searching for relax. Welcome! Actually, the 280 m2 accommodation consists of two parts: the main building and the studio nearby. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms, 2 on every floor. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with 2 twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower; the second room comes with a double bed. On the first floor there is one room with 2 twin beds and another with a double bed and en-suite bath with shower. Furthermore, there are 2 separate bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with shower. In the studio there is one bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the second one with 2 twin beds). In the entrance hall there is a sofa bed for 2 people, but please note that this room has no privacy. The sitting-dining room with access to the terrace and the kitchen are in the main house. Relax on the comfortable sofa, watch TV (SAT-TV) or have a little siesta. If necessary, you can put the table from the terrace to the dining room, so all guests can eat together. The kitchen is well-equipped: dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender and much more. The laundry room is on the terrace and has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The 100 m2 terrace and the pool are the loveliest places of the house. Have a BBQ with friends, play basketball or table tennis, relax in the chill-out zone, swim in the 36 m2 pool (chlorine) or just bask in the sun! There are 6 sun loungers, 1 sun umbrella, 1 basketball, table tennis rackets and balls. You can park up to 2 cars on a covered parking space at the patio. Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed. A few minutes‘ drive takes you to the city Inca where you will find supermarkets, banks, shops and lots of restaurants.
