4.5 star ratingThe rooms are spacious and well equipped. There are good quality towels and linens, the kitchenette is stocked with a microwave, fridge, freezer, hob and oven. Dishes and small appliances are also there. There is also a clothes washer dryer. Staff were professional and friendly. Easy to find and quick access to the Bakerloo line. Good hot water and water pressureSurprisingly for a building that is only 3 years old, the carpet in the room was worn and stained.09 March 2009

3.0 star ratingGood bathroom; well situated for public transport; good value for money.Furniture and furnishings very tired. Carpet stained, back bar of lounge sofa broken, metal dining table legs bent. Rubbish left from previous guest in cupboard. When I booked into hotel the original Receptionist vacated his post as (as I was to find out) there was a problem. I had been bumped from Kilburn to another of their hotels in Hammersmith. I was told it was not far away. Luckily I know London and know Hammersmith is a considerable distance from Kilburn. I held my ground and, miraculously, they found me a room. A guest, not knowing London, might have been persuaded to relocate.28 August 2009

3.5 star ratingEasy check in and great location. Large apartment rooms and nice and quiet and warm. Bathroom was nicely appointed and really clean.The kitchen was not as clean as it should be. The wiring for the TV and other entertainment equipment was a little messy and unprofessional looking. The units in the kitchen and general decor looked a little tired even though it was a newish hotel.22 February 2010

3.5 star ratinggood location, supermarket and gym right around the corner. tube and bus station within 2 min walking distance (tube zone 2). first room was annoying, old and shabby furbished. after claiming for a room change we were offered a newly refurbished one. this was good value for money. hotel is partly undergoing a refurbishment - sometimes it`s quite loud and smelly. nothing to worry about. the beds could dare some new mattresses.29 January 2013

4.0 star ratingWe had a lovely clean apartment that was just the right size for us and our 10 month old son. The kitchen was clean and had most of the basics needed. The location was great - 2 mins walk from the underground and a bus stop right below our window plus several supermarkets within 5 mins walk. We also found a great park just around the corner with a brilliant kids play area. Our shower head was cracked but fixed just a few hours after reported. Also the kitchen was missing a few basics (baking tray and oven gloves) but we were given them immediately when we asked reception.The main downside was the lack of air conditioning. We were unlucky enough to stay during a heatwave and according to our sons room thermometer the apartment was 24C by 6am despite having all the windows wide open. It's also very noisy as it's on a main road but that's the price you pay for staying in a city. The police sirens and nightclub noise made us feel at home as we live in a city centre back home haha Also, remember you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel room so dont expect fresh towels every day or a maid making your bed. However we were given so many fresh towels at the start it really didn't matter.18 August 2013
