4.0 star ratingWell situated to appreciate all Chicago has to offer. Reception staff very friendly and knowledgeable especially Ervin. Bedroom good size and comfy bed. Bathroom had Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. Nice toiletries.Stayed in room 412. Somewhat dark but maybe due to fact renovation due. No bar / restaurant but again believe this is due to on going work. Could hear trains but low level noise and this should be expected when you consider the hotels location.
