5.0 star ratingLovely hotel room very spacious with everything you would need. Bed was extremely comfortable with crisp white linen. We had no view from our room but for how long you spend in it, it really didn't matter. Staff were very friendly and professional, and the location of the hotel was very central. I would recommend. Downside of this hotel was that they were unable to offer us any later check out than 1pm ( a little inconvenience considering our flight wasn't until 6.30 pm) but apparently this is something they do offer at a cost of $50 but the hotel was full when we stayed there. 4.5 star ratingThe hotel has great lobby spaces for passing spare time with your group before heading out to a show or meal. The service was prompt and courteous. Also, the front desk staff even helped adjust my collar what it was a bit up-turned.The hotel has a lot of modern touches, but over all feels not-quite-fancy. Good facilitiesBetween hotel and hotelopia the booking was made for incorrect room.(booked 2 seperate rooms-hotel had booking as 1 room with 2 beds)hotel would not contact hotelopia saying it "was nothing to do with us" which is very strange?..... as it has everything to do with them. No attempt to resolve issue from hotel staff was very disappointing. Have since received confirmation frohotelopia that it was hotel error and refund being arranged.Anonymous 08 November 2015
4.0 star ratingStaff on check in / lobby were exceptionally helpful. Appreciated am cup of free coffee in lobby wished we could have had a croissant or muffin too instead of apples daily....loved the hotel decor very retro. Gym good but very hot despite AC. Good location for the city. Hotel could not have been more helpful in bookings directions advice etc. Rooms and bathrooms really are small. Bed comfortable. Wedding on the Saturday and obviously many guests stayed that night couple in the room next to us returned to their room after 1am and had an hour long blazing row, he accused her of being over friendly with another male guest....they started again at 5am so our sleep did not happen that night and we were shattered on the Sunday the day we left to fly to New York.Mk28 August 2016
