This cozy and rustic villa lies at a wonderful place in the north of the island and offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. It sleeps 8 people. The two-storey villa with a size of 304 m2 counts with four bedrooms and is ideal families or big groups of friends. In the 1st floor you will find three bedrooms. Two of those bedrooms have two single beds, and the third one has a double. The bedroom located in the ground floor counts with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, all of them with shower cabin, one in the ground floor and one in the 1rst floor. The accommodation comes with ceiling fan in the double-bed bedrooms. The whole villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book, watching television (Satellite) or a film (DVD player) or just take a nap. The independent dining area has a table and seats for 8 people. In the kitchen you get everything you may need for preparing your meals: a toaster, coffee machine, food blender, gas hob, dishwasher, oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There is an extra living room in the first floor that one could use for relax, as playroom, etc. The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a table and seats for 8 people. Next to the private pool, 6 x 4 meters, there is an area with sun loungers for you to get tanned. There are 20.000 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc. There are no direct neighbors and the house and its installations are completely private. Pets are not allowed. You will be able to park up to 4 cars outside the house in a covered space.
