Arrels Hotel Majorca

Welcome to this attractive villa on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. It sleeps 6 people. The exteriors are wonderful, with an extensive gardens, chlorine swimming pool with size of 10 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 1 to 2 m, children's pool, a barbecue, a terrace and two fully equipped porches. The house of 150 m2 is ditributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms; two with two single beds each and one with a double bed; all equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom fitted with double bed features a bathroom en-suite with bathttub. Besides, there's one independent shower bath and a toilet. Up to two cots and two high chairs are available on request (the second cot has an extra cost). The living-dining room is very cozy and well equipped. It features two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs and air conditioning. The separate kitchen with vitro stove, has all the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meals during your stay. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is oil central heating in whole the house. The house is situated only 1 km from Sa Pobla, where you will find everything you may need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The town of Pollença is also very close. It is a lovely town and we recommend you to visit it and enjoy its beautiful cobbled streets and all the little shops in the area. You can climb the 365 steps to reach the Calvari, an old church, where you will enjoy a spectacular views of the town, the coast and the surroundings. In only 20 minutes driving, you will reach Ses Casetes des Capellans in Ca'n Picafort. Spend a superb day on the sandy beach and enjoy a good cocktail while watching the sunset. In the area there are many good restaurants and bars. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is very lively place and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro, also very nice.
