2.5 star ratingThe bed was comfortable The Bathroom was clean Air conditioning was powerful and adjustable Daily newspaper Nice view in the lift, lift was efficient The staff didn't mark anything on my stored baggage There were 5 staff serving at the reception, but the process was slow. It took me 15 minutes from the moment I told him that I want to check in. And there was no proper queue, I needed to worry every moment that someone may jump my queue. I checked in at 3 p.m. but still need to wait for the room to be cleaned, and they didn't prepare towel in the room. I expected to enjoy view on the balcony, but it was inaccessible and only small plot of plants could be put there. The sofa was bad because it "centred" you even if you sit at one side, bad for spine. It was a LCD TV but no HD quality signal was provided. The wifi was very slow and pumped you out at an interval so you have to login again.Mr. Fung19 August 2015
