4.5 star ratingReally nice room, amazing roof swimming pool overlooking the skyline of Kuala Lumpur, comfortable beds and pillows, modern. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it as it is great value for money.Breakfast could have been better for the standard of the hotel, location not the most central but 5 minutes walk to Rail station (would take 20 mins to reach town centre). TV only had one channel you could see as antenna didn't seem to be working (Though we were not to bothered about it so we didn't even mentioned it to reception).FJT28 November 2013

3.5 star ratingBig spacious rooms and apartment. The rooftop pool has an amazing view.Lack of pillows and towels for a family of five but provided when asked. The breakfast is awful, food cold and only toast available ( one toaster / two slices!)at 9am although breakfast served till 10am. Do not pay extra for the breakfast. Anonymous 09 August 2015
4.0 star rating- The best value for money I have ever had with an hotel - Room for 2 pax is huge (kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, living room, dining room - Room is luxurious - Infinity pool is breathtaking - Restaurant at top floor is amazing (although slightly expensive)- Room was not clean, at all - Unfriendly staff (except for the General Manager, who definitely goes the extra mile for his customers) - old hotelSkip08 September 2015
2.5 star ratingRooms are great views are amazing 4 lifts majority of the time 1 only works and takes forever for one to come to your floor. You get stuck in the lift a lot...having to wait for security to get you out. Once the lift was off the floor and the lift shaft was down was bloody scary! Staff are very unhelpful and rude. Checked in and found that plugs weren't working took ages to be moved to another room. You have to leave a deposit for room key...The machine was playing up nut the lady on reception was insistent was my card even though I used two. 2.0 star ratingThe size of the room.Hotel is dusty. Construction is still going on. The rooms decor are falling apart, its a shame for such a potential property not to be maintain. The bed is worn so is the pillows. Towels in the room is not clean either. The Roof Top pool is dirty. Despite all these issues, the staffs are polite and welcoming. Anonymous 06 July 2017
