2.5 star ratingStaff did their best to address problems over room and foodInitial room was too small for two people. Second room was good size but unable to sleep for noise from extractor fan ( from kitchens) Night porter eventually turned this off ay 3.30 AM Food in bistro took 1 hour to be served and was poorly prepared. Manager waived charge for all 12 customers in bistro- but evening was ruined.dissapointed from UK05 July 2009
2.0 star ratingnonehad to change rooms 3 times. Dinner was awful26 September 2010
4.0 star ratingGorgeous views of the Falls of Dochart from the Inn. Our room was lovely and clean with a nice deep bath. Had a very restful sleep and the staff were very helpful and knowledgable about the local area for walking etc. The room was a little on the small side - you almost walked in to the four poster bed when you opened the door.I found the room to be cosy and charming, others may find it to be too small. Rooms are a little overpriced; you are really paying for the location. 26 May 2013
2.5 star ratingthe staff at hotel all seemed to have very little knowledge of the English language and we found it hard to communicate with them. On Sunday morning we got half a bit of fish and a poached egg for breakfast which I think was a disgrace considering what we were paying for one night we certainly will not be back 28 August 2013
