Welcome to this beautiful apartment with magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountains, located in Selva. It accomodates up to 8 people. The exteriors are very beautiful due to the magnificent views of the Serra de Tramuntana that you can enjoy from the fully furnished terrace. This 131 m2 apartment, located on the second floor without lift, has four bedrooms (two doubles, one twin and one with a single bed and a trundle). A cot and a high chair are available on request. There are two bathrooms with a bath that serve the whole house. The living room is very cosy and has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a wood-burning stove, a dining table with chairs and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a combination of vitro-ceramic hob and induction hob. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment is ideal for walkers and hikers because of the area in which it is located. Selva is a beautiful village at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, which are perfect for excursions. This village is well connected, as the motorway is nearby. A market is held every Wednesday morning in Selva, where you can find traditional products of the island. Selva is about 6 km from Inca, one of the most important towns of the island because of its leather tradition. There you will find all kinds of shops where you can buy products of high quality leather. If you prefer visiting the beaches of Mallorca, the closest and best quality is the Port d’Alcúdia, a long beach with white sand and crystal clear waters. There you can practice a wide variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skiing. NOTE: The rent for this property is regulated by Spanish Law 29/1994 of 24 November, concerning urban leases, by which the property is available for use during the holiday season. Under this contract, the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourism services, only temporary transfer of use and enjoyment of the property.
