The house is the perfect choice for relax seekers, families and sports lovers. In the area you can practice hiking, jogging, cycling, horse riding and much more. The spacious, two-storey villa with a size of 470 m2 offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 bathroom en suite. 3 bedrooms come with a double bed and the 4th one has 2 single beds. 2 of the bedrooms have access to the terrace, the 3rd one to the garden. The bedroom with the single beds and one double bed room offer air conditioning. We are pleased to supply fans for the other bedrooms on request. 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor and come with a shower. The whole villa emits a rustic and peaceful atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. The wooden floor beams are a real highlight. Sit down in the cozy living area and spend your time reading a good book, watching television (Satellite) or a film (DVD player), listen to music or just take a nap. The living area comes with air conditioning and has access to the terrace and the garden. In the kitchen you find everything you need for preparing your meals. There is also a wooden table with 6 chairs in the kitchen. The exteriors are beautiful and invite you to take a refreshing dip in the pool, bask in the sun or have a pleasant dinner with your family on the terrace. The terrace is furnished and offers views to the garden and the pool. The lawn area measures about 400 m2 and is just perfect for your kids to run around and play. All sun lovers of you will find 8 sun loungers and 2 sunshades by the pool. The salt water pool has a size of 9 m x 4.5 m and is private. The exterior shower is very useful, because after swimming in the pool you can take a quick shower. There are 4 covered parking spaces, but no garage. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to practice different kinds of sports like cycling, or jogging. Furthermore you will find lots of gorgeous hiking routes around the house.
