4.5 star ratingExcellent facilities and activities especially for children but also for adults. Everywhere was very clean, and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.Was geared for German and Spanish guests in the main, and so these were the predominant languages spoken by the staff, including those running the childrens club. This may be awkward for children, although the staff can also speak English.31 October 2008
4.5 star ratingEverything was brilliant. The staff are very helpful and nice. The restaurant staff was fantastic. Life guards in the waterpark was very professional. I was on my own with my daughter and she didn't not get bored. Thank you very much. I hope to return in June/July. There was a horrible sewage smell out side our room. It did not ruin our holiday. The evening entertainment (visiting cab act) was good but not right for the hotel. We only had the 1. Tv in the room didn't work. But that wasn't the end of the world. XKelly20 April 2014
