5.0 star ratingThis hotel is very clean and extremely comfortable. All staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large with extremely comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. In the room a fridge, microwave and tv are provided a walgreens store is directly across the road to get supplies of drinks.This hotel has it's own private beach which is relaxing and has clean powder white sand, the water is clean and shallow and safe for children. Plenty of activities like jet skis, floats, canoeing, parasailing are available but don't encroach people on the beach. If guests want to go to the larger clearwater beach it is 2 minutes walk along the road, here you can walk for miles along the sans, but you will quickly appreciate the quiet beach at the hotel. Would definately recommend this hotel, perfect location.I could not say anything negative about this hotel.Pamela G09 August 2013

3.0 star ratingCentrally located hotel and easy to explore lower Clearwater attractions. Ideally suited to young adults who like loud music whilst sunbathing on the beach. The 'private' beach was not so private as the live music attracted boats and jet skis from the local area. There were far too many boats anchored to swim and this made the water taste of petrol. Our booking was for 2 days, Saturday and Sunday nights, and throughout our stay the beach was very busy. It wasn't the relaxing, tranquil stay we were hoping for. 20 August 2013

A room for 4 of us only cost £50.00, for what we paid the hotel was faultless, it was right on the beach, no problems with parking and the staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. would definitely stay here again.Wayne02 October 2013

5.0 star ratingStayed for just one night while on vacation from Bonnie Scotland. My hubby, kids and I loved the hotel and wished we could have stayed for longer. Staff was very pleasant and private beach is all you could ask for. My little one loved the pool at early o'clock also. Had to pay $10 for parking when it should be free to guests of the hotel. 4.5 star ratingLovely clean hotel with large roomy accommodation. Nice pool.. friendly bar. Beds were really comfortable, no charge for safe and great air conditioning.very little to say negatively other than I personally would like a kettle in the room as I dont like coffee.Was disappointed in Clearwater this year, lots of construction work which spoilt walk to pier 60 and little choice of restaurauntsTina17 September 2014

4.5 star ratingThe hotel is in a really good location, walking distance of Pier 60 and the main Clearwater Beach, the hotel has its own small beach for those not inclined to walk and the Jolly Trolley stop is right outside. The hotel is dated but has all the facilities. Tea and coffee is available free in the reception all day. There is a Kuerig Machine in the room along with an iron and ironing board. Beach towels are provided and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are very helpful. In conclusion its a very nice little hotel and I would recommend it.Heard rumours while we were there that there is to be building work starting soon which would be very noisy worth checking before you book.Anonymous 06 November 2014
5.0 star ratingVery friendly desk staff,All day tea & Coffee at no charge, Nice pool Area,Perfect position right on the beach with lovely powder white sand, Gorgeous Sunsets from room Balcony,Full size Fridge in room.Good live music at weekends. Overall good value for money.Room decor a little dated but adequate and clean, Partial Sea View Room a little noisy until early hours at weekends.
