This hotel overlooks Clearwater Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, offering wonderful views and great amenities. It is situated opposite the beach and is close to countless shops and entertainment venues. Hotel's facilities on offer include a bar, a games room, and an on-site restaurant. A conference room and a car park are also available. The pleasant rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower and hairdryer, and sleeping capacity for up to 6 persons. Further standard fittings include a pull-out sofa bed. Guests may take advantage of the heated swimming pool with daily activities and a children's paddling pool. Alternatively, guests may enjoy the Jacuzzi or take a massage. Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a workout in the gym.

4.5 star ratingThe rooms were very good for families as there is a seperate bedroom that enables children to goto sleep and adults to sit seperately. The pool was good, but not ideal for very small children as there is no very shallow area. The staff were very helpfull. Especially with the transportaion to the beach, which is 4-500m away.14 June 2012
3.5 star ratingWhen checking in the staff member was extremely friendly and very helpful and made me feel very excited about my stay. The bell boys were exceptional, one in particular remembered my daughters name and made sure he chatted to her when ever he saw her and as we were leaving called her by her name! For such a large hotel and the amount of people he must see every day I was very impressed and liked the personal touch he provided. Thought the food was quite expensive. We did experience one negative, we were at the poolside restaurant wanting lunch for my family and we seemed to be ignored in favour of the Americans. This was disappointing as we really wanted to enjoy the local experience, we did end up leaving and dining at the columbia were the service and food were fab so I suppose for us it worked out in the end but you did loose out $70 a day on lunch.26 September 2012
