 We were denied access to the transit hotel as an onward boarding pass was not available to us until the morning. We were not made aware of the requirement to have such a document. I presumeded that access to the transit hotel would be available after clearing customs and immigration. We were accommodated at the Protea Airport Hotel which is what I thought I had booked, at extra charge. Not happy.02 July 2013
