5.0 star ratingGood value hotel close to airport but not noisy. Very efficient shuttle. Despite an early arrival at 11am a room was quickly found.-clean, comfortable and with efficient a/c. The large double bed was particularly luxurious. Good choice menu for dinner,reasonably priced. Two wake up calls in the morning (very sensible for guests with jet lag),fast check out and fast shuttle back to O R Tambo. I would recommend this hotel to any passenger between flights.03 February 2013
2.0 star ratingCheck in gentleman was great, good personality.The food order of 2 platters took over 40 mins to come out. When I wanted to pay the bill the staff member didn't have a micros card and had to find the guy who took the order. This took another 5 mins!! Not good practice only having a single micros card as there is no security (I am a restaurant manager and I know!!) When I checked in the checking on staff told me breakfast and dinner for one person was included. When I checked out I was told I need to pay. I also had the wrong reg card and it didn't click at the time but it was a different person!! The check out staff were not friendly obviously because they thought they would have to foot the bill that I wasn't going to pay. I will be there in a few days so hopefully it will be better!!Bw22 April 2013
