Its guests will be at 200 metres from Puerto Portals and a 10-minute walk from the shopping area and the leisure centre. The venue can take care of their culinary preferences at the onsite restaurant, which also serves the hearty breakfast buffet. For drinks and light snacks they should simply head to the poolside bar, it is also the place from where they can grab refreshing cocktails while lazing around the outdoor swimming pool or on the large terrace. The active types can find plenty of opportunities for water sports at the nearby beach, some of those include sailing, diving, surfing and canoeing.

4.0 star ratingThe hotel is close to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and the beach at Puerto Portals. Just don't use the long staircase next to the hotel as, although it appears to have been built for a purpose, it will take you in the opposite direction to where you want to go.The hotel bar was not open in the evening which left us drinking water one night. Not fun. The rooms are adequate and clean but could do with being brought up to date.Lynz09 July 2012
4.0 star ratingStaff extremely friendly and polite, very helpful too! Stayed here with friends, had few issues about missing towels, but replenished quick. Even exchanged our unservicable fridge for a working one! Hotel has icemachine lots of places in the building, its handy if you need to cool your drinks down. We had a very pleasant stay, nice location too!Hajnita15 August 2014
3.0 star ratingFor a quick break away this hotel has all you need, close to restaurants and marina. Good pool and largely friendly and helpful staff.If you are looking for a quiet hotel then possibly this is not the place as the walls are very thin! It didn't bother us but what did ruin my stay here was the cleaning lady who wasn't helpful when it came to providing clean towels. She started ranting at me in Spanish when I was trying to take my luggage which had been lost by the airline into the room ( as far as I gather she thought we had extra people staying in the room and was trying to stop me). She also kept opening the door to see if she could clean even when the do not disturb sign was on the door and to top it off we came back one night to find our room open. I have raised this with the hotel reception staff who were excellent so hopefully they will address the cleaning lady!Anonymous 22 August 2014
