3.5 star ratingther apartment itself was very clean and tidy and should the things I've mentioned in the negative were fine it would have been a pleasant stay. Hi Regarding this apartment - i am sorry but we were not that happy. We picked up the keys from Hotel Plaza Nueva but were not informed that we had to switch on the boiler for hot water. On top of that the air conditioning was not working. There were no shower gels provided, and no toilet rolls. Shaz18 June 2013
