3.0 star ratingThe room was clean and the staff on reception were very helpful.The room was extremely hot and stuffy, even with the windows wide open. The only view from the window was into an ugly internal courtyard. Breakfast was a complete fiasco - like feeding time at the zoo. There were far too many people in too small a space to serve breakfast in that . The buffet was a complete mess with people practially climbing on top of each other to get to the toaster etc. The coffee also dispensed drinks that were too large for the cup size, so there were spillages everywhere. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.03 May 2011
