4.5 star ratingGenerally everything was fine and we enjoyed all aspects of our stay. We were impressed by the professionalism of all staff and the overall cleanliness and quality of the Pestana Promenade Hotel. The pools were superb, although a bit cold due to the weather, but with the ease of access for all ages and states of mobility made for a big plus. We would have no hesitation to recommend your Hotel to all.We feel that there could be more general information available about bar opening times and food availability outside of the main restaurant meal times.
