3.0 star ratingIn general the hotel is a one of the best hotels i have stayed in in terms of presentation. The views are spectacular with swimming pools . Very pleased with the presentation overall.With regards to the actual hotel rooms should be cleaned daily and not every 3 days. swimming pools were very cold.30 November 2009
2.0 star ratingPool area is good. Plenty of sunbeds and the aqua slides are also great fun. Good for kids during the day.No room at check-in, so was told we would have to go to another hotel for 1 night. After 1 hour in a taxi we turned back as one had become available!!. Booked superior room, which is was not. Found staff a bit off hand except bar staff who were good fun. Eating area at pool was dirty. Food was always luke warm. Would not go back. Size of resort huge lots to do great for a cheap week a wayFlys in dining room around the food a health and safety issue food not covered snack bar hi gene very poor birds in at food floor matted with flys food poor quality due yo hi gene tables not set in dining room after certain time had to search for own cutlery and salt and pepper, some members of staff very pleasant others sleazy.
