4.0 star ratingThe gardens/plants were wonderful. The swimming pools were excellent. Hotel staff were efficient and very friendly.The website for this hotel is misleading. Any other "all inclusive" holiday I have taken has allowed all facilities to be available. This hotel boasts four a la carte restaurants, two were closed and the other two were "by invitation only" and even then the full a la carte menu was not available. If you paid, the a la cate menu food was good and reasonably priced. Nabq Bay has very few facilities with poor public transport facilities. Nedlom14 April 2011
