5.0 star ratingArrived at hotel in morning to be told could check in at 3pm. Went back at this time and we were left waiting for six hours to be told hotel had overbooked and we had no room. As this was our first holiday abroad without parents this was upsetting. The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. Eventually at 9pm, after wasting the first day of our holiday we were taken to another hotel were we stayed for the remainder of our holiday. Would definetly never book with this hotel again and would never recommend it to anyone else.31 August 2011
