2.0 star ratingNo lift from car-park to the rooms. Difficult for elderly Breakfast was bad, with limited choice. Air-conditioning cannot be adjusted. Remains cold despite setting the temperature at 30C. Hose holder in the bathroom is missing, and housekeeping simply let the hose dangle. I have stayed in many hotels in Kuala Lumpur in the past 5 years. This is the worst.Daniel24 December 2014

4.0 star ratingi stayed one night and choose this hotel since its near by US embassy. check in around 2am i guess, but the front liner customer service really help us. show us the room. i really recommend this hotel. staff really friendly, Razak. help alot. ThanksDyana20 January 2016
